As part of our responsibility to our Clients, we perform the following services:

• Providence performs a through and rigorous evaluation of whether a Proton Center Project will operate and serve the Regions’ Market well
• Providence will determine if the Project will be a credible Project and sound investment for Providence, the Health System & Physicians
• Providence will prepare detailed and business plans and market studies to determine the feasibility of a new Proton Center
• Providence will determine the size of the Center to meet the Markets and Health System current Patients and New Patients
• Providence will secure the capital required for the Proton Center and will put in place the appropriate financing structure
• Providence will make sure that Providence handles the technical components of the Proton Center while the Physicians and Health Center manage the clinical operations
• Providence will manage the day-to-day operations of the Center to achieve the results envisioned 
• Providence will continue to work in Partnership with the Health Center and Physicians as the Center grows to assure we collectively are meeting the Patients needs and always being on the cutting edge of technology advancement
